ruled self-defense, which -- at least in texas -- does not require the other person to be armed.....

Just because he was released doesn't mean he won't get charged with anything. Different law organizations around the country handle shootings/stabbings differently. A few years ago, there was a black guy who stabbed his white girlfriend to death in a carwash and he was on the run for about a week until they finally caught him. He got released and was walking the streets before they gathered all of the evidence and charged him and finally put him away.Comment -

Just watched an interview with a black guy who was behind them. He said McKnight cut in front of the guy and they both got out and started screaming at each other and then he heard several gunshots. Dude is definitely going to get charged.Comment -
