like you were saying, he is in debt for months on a 3k loan and he simply is not a desirable borrower in my eyes.

not sure anyone would want to give him a loan while currently in debt and he has shown time and time again that paying back his debts are not a top priority.

Jake I've tried laying off the guy bcause I feel somewhere in that girth, there is a heart in there....his responses for non payment are hysterical! Because a guy who lent him points has 7k in his balance, he "doesn't need" the points he's owed! Think I'm going to try that route with my mortgage co this month as I'm sure they have plenty of $$...they don't need mine, right

yep, he is very selfish and making good on commitments is way down on the priority list for him as he has shown time and time again.
