Could IPFW (+13) give Indiana a game tonight?

This line jumped off the board to me. IPFW opens +11 as a home dog to Indiana who has looked great so far. It's not really a true road game as the crowd will likely be pretty split with the game being so close to Bloomington but something tells me the Hoosiers are in for a struggle tonight.

I like the Mastodons to cover the 13 and maybe even have a shot at an upset here.
