He said they failed to follow proper procedure in diagnosing aircraft problems and routinely misused a Federal Aviation Administration program that allowed planes, under some conditions, to fly with inoperative components or systems. Marino said the airline needlessly delayed repairs in the push to keep planes flying, eroding the margin of safety.

So my last trip to Vegas last May, I flew home on Allegiant because the ticket was only $90 (bags, taxes, everything).The flight was delayed 2 hours because of mechanical issues. They didn't turn on the air conditioning either....I'm not sure why. We finally backed out of the gate but then we had to stop out on the tarmac while thy inspected another issue.
Since the AC wasn't on everyone began sweating. The Captain came on and told us all to close our windows (because it was hot as hell) and keep them closed until we took off an got to cruising altitude. So we sat there another 30 minutes sweating with the windows closed.
Finally the play started moving a bit and then before I knew it it felt like we were flying.....although I could only guess because all the windows were closed and I couldn't see anything.
Finally after about 30 minutes in the air, the AC came on. After the AC came on it got cold as f*CKK and I started shivering because I was soaked in sweat.
Never again.

Few frontier when I was a broke college kid, swore I would never fly that shet airline again. It was 50/50 if that price of shet plane would make it off the ground.Comment -
