By safest I mean like if I were to say win 6 figures off of one ticket, I'm guaranteed to get paid? I don't care if it's offshore or Vegas but I need to know if I hit something in the 6 figures, they'll pay, no runaround, no slowpay etc. I know which books are good in general and have used several of them but I feel like this is an entirely different category. Does anybody on here have any experience with books getting paid on 6 figure wins before? Thanks.
