if penn st wins the big ten how do they not get in over osu when they beat them

Agree that Ohio State should not get in "ahead" of them despite fact that Buckeyes would be like 14-point favorite over Penn State on neutral field. But if committee want Ohio State in (and let's face it, they are legitimately one of 4 best teams in the country), then it would force them to put Penn State in too.

As of right now it's not, if Clemson wins out it will be impossible.

Louisville lost in the last seconds at Clemson, Clemson has 5 wins under 7 points this season.

However, Clemson will be a conference champion if they win out, so if the top 4 does hold, I would flip those 2 teams.
