The moment I wake up, until I fall asleep. Rinse, repeat. My liver is failing at 28 years old. Gall bladder swollen, etc. It's a terrible poison to the brain, and body.

I know a guy who would say, try AA for 90 days. If you don't like it we'll refund your misery and you can go back to your old life

Yeah, that's sort of my one regret, not going up to every single girl in highschool and asking them if they wanted to bang knowing full well in just a few years I wouldn't know any of them.

I've been everywhere, tried it all. It's a curse, but I know it is my fault. Onto everyone else's regrets. Not looking for pity, and all that.
Girls in HS is another one. I could have got with so many, but chased the tease.

Wasted my prime effing days chasing 2 or 3 I couldnt have, should have been banging all the 7's and 8's and worse case scenario 5's and 6's. Had a decent run in college but it's a little less magical when they're all ho bags at that point.

I'm not sure if this is true or not, if so, sorry man. But IF you do decide to stop drinking you cannot just do it cold turkey. You're going to need to detox awhile or you could have a stroke or seizure or a list of many other things.

I gambled my dream car away I've always thought a car is will give you status in life and I never had any because of gambling
The look you get when you drive a Cadillac are unreal it's such a powerful car and girls love you and if I don't stop gambling I'll never have my dream Cadillac
Jacked up wheels dark blue all leather
Gambling is real bad

I appreciate it, my man. I know the deal. I've been to detox almost 10 times. Rehabs upon rehabs. Alcohol, and benzodiazepines are the only two withdrawals that can kill you.
Unfortunately, those are my two addictions. Anxiety is an issue that doctors, and et cetera have never seemed to believe because I'm a big guy so it can't be true. I knew I didn't want to make this post. I do appreciate the kind words, advice, and support. But, this has been a 15 year battle that I don't think I will win. Not that I don't want to. I love life, and want to enjoy it.

Goldie, weed gives me anxiety my man. I want to do it, trust me. I do not enjoy this.
Seriously though, onto every else's regrets. HS girls? College, when it comes to going, or not going? Along with what you did in your time there. The wife who took half your shit? A job that screwed you over?
Aaaaaaand go.

Cuse........feel for you man as my 3 closest friends are full-on alcoholics or in long-term recovery. The worse thing you could do at this point, which you already know, is to suddenly stop drinking without being under full medical supervision. To be only 28 and in your position already, is sad to hear. Most people don't start to bottom out until their late 40's or early 50's. I hope you find the strength to commit to stopping and doing what needs to be done. I don't know 1 happy alcoholic, and most of them are just miserable being a slave to the bottle.
As for pot, that's something I know a lot about and suggest you may have been smoking the wrongs strains. It's usually a sativa or sativa hybrid that brings on anxiety in smokers. A good indica will go along way to mellowing you out, make you sleepy and relax those urges and muscles........good luck!

used to love some purple ... but don't smoke anymore, think it still distorts the mind a bit .. i like cuse, says some real stuff here and there... i don't know how it would effect him to just stop but if he has the will to do so, that's what i'd recommend. Stuff will destroy your life.. nothing good will come out of drinking everyday..
