NEW ORLEANS -3- over Phx -- Anthony Davis is averaging 32 ppg and 12 rpg and yet his team is 0-5. WTF? It's time for some of these other scrubs to pick it up. Tonight represents their best chance to get in the win column because after this they go on the road for 3, starting with Golden State. The Pelicans get the W tonight.
DALLAS +1 against Portland -- Similar reasoning applied here. The Mavs have yet to win this season (0-4) and see no reason why they are dogs at home to Portland in this spot. Portland is not a team that scares anyone on the road.
SAN ANTONIO -3- over Utah -- A quick turnaround game from Tuesday night in San Antonio, where the Jazz embarrassed the Spurs by 15. Utah shot lights out that night. That will be hard to duplicate tonight against a revenge-minded superior team.
