I have not read the story so there may be details I am missing... but WTF? Grown man (assuming he is not a felon) has every right to possess a 9mm pistol. I have several in my house, and one in my car. I'm not a thug or anything of the sort. It is my right, and I choose to keep guns around me. I don't carry, but that is because it is not so convenient.

Why is he cut for having a gun? Why was there an arrest or police report at all? This country has gone mad.

Im confused they make a stand now but had two prior guys in trouble for similiar shyt. One guy assaulted a women or somethng at a hotel then got found with a loaded gun at Miami airport but is still on the team isnt that two strikes right there lmao. That seems like a joke to me

Once he said "ALL professional athletes carry guns" the NFL contacted the eagles & said release him. That's a PR nightmare for the league. Guy should have just shut his mouth & say nothing. Do kind of agree the team hung him out to dry...make statement saying he's playing Sunday so I'm sure the smugness of his comments thought this would all go away. Though I hate agreeing w Opie, think this coach is losing the locker room real fast.

Let me tell you the way it is. There is NOTHING you can do about it. You have the right to possess as many weapos as you want in your home. Noting wrong with that at all. If I am a peace officer, stop you for ANY reason, and notice you have a weapon in your glove compartment, you will be making out with the pavement real quick, or I will blow your brains out. If you do NOT have a permit to carry, you are going to jail, and all of your weapons will be confiscated. Now if you do have a valid permit to carry in the state that you are stopped in, and if you have a brain (most do not), simply tell the officer about the permit, show it to him/her and then show him/her where the weapon is WITHOUT touching it. I will tell YOU what your rights are. You obviously do not know them. If you do not like this, change the law.

Means the gun is not registered to the owner's name. In all of the states that I have lived in, selling a gun between two private party individuals does not require the new buyer to register the gun in their name.
