I always wondered why Zimmer hadn't gotten a head job earlier, was better candidate than Lester Frazier, Lovie, Bradley, etc yet for 5 plus years every team passed. There has to be something in his management that rubbed Turner wrong, and these players just can't get behind him. He tends to call things as he sees them, which is admirable, but has called out individuals before.

Team may have peaked early, still going to win 10 but cannot win PO game on road.

You can't have a guy do 7 step dropbacks with no offensive line. What worked with a great offensive line in Dallas during the Super Bowl years wasn't working for the Vikes.

Maybe they'll throw on first down once in awhile now.
