I was playing baccarat at bet365 and won on banker but wasn't paid out. This has happened to me twice now. I contacted customer support however they were very unhelpful. I am told that they cant find the bet and I need to take my issue up with a company called playtec or playtech.

Bet365 has always paid me my winnings usually within like 3 or 4 days and I have never had an issue before so I am wondering if this is just something random that is happening.

Make sure you tell them Bet365 asked you to approach them. Which is a bit weird, so saying it might help you get a faster response.

I was playing there for a couple of reasons. The verification was easy, they have free withdrawls and always paid me out.

I used to play at williamhill however the minute I started to win, they went nuts on verification. I gave them every document that I have including license, bank, credit card statements, utility bills ect and it still wasnt enough. Williamhill never did end up paying me out.

Maybe its time to head back to a bricks and mortar casino.
