Line is -3 Cincy as of now. Cincy's 3 wins have come against the Dolphins, Browns, and the Jets. Imagine this game is gonna be a shootout with the total at 49.5. I expect some sloppy defense and a lot of passing especially from Cousins and I think he hits the end zone a few times.
Wash +3 and the over for me.
