It's the other way around. Hillary could win popular vote and lose election. Hillary will do better in states like Arizona and Texas than any recent democrat. And if trump wins its cuz he eeks out swing states by slim margins

Well... someone can't possibly believe Johnson or Stein is gonna win, so they must have misinterpreted it and instead clicked on who they were voting for. So, I'm sure others voted Trump or Hillary based simply on who THEY were voting for.

Depends how you define 'winner' (although I agree with you that most probably mashed the name they're voting for without reading it!).

Trump will lose face and any political career (people will be angry that the unelectable guy they supported didn't get elected and will move on to the next of many unelectable R candidates). He'll still be rich, but he'll lose his shot at attention/credibility/whatever reason he decided to run.

Clinton will probably be President, but will still be a disingenuous politician who will continue the Bush/Obama disasters while making more money she already has plenty of. Without a detestable opponent, she'll be unpopular and her policies are unlikely to be less worse than those of any number of other interchangeable Ds. There's not much for her to win here, aside from presiding over the country when more and more of the consequences of our mistakes hit home.

Stein will still be the less-popular, poorly-presented Bernie (abandoned by many of his supporters who threw principles aside, listened to Bernie and voted for Clinton). She'll probably get the Greens a bit more support this year, but unlikely to bring it back to the support they had with Nader.

Johnson will likely have brought the Libertarians major party status in many states and have made it considerably easier for people to choose the sane candidate next time. It's even possible that some will realize the wisdom of his ideas in hindsight as things start to fall apart (not likely, as I'm sure most will continue to blame anything and everything but them things they themselves caused...but it's possible!).

Clinton all but certain to win the White House; Johnson all but certain to accomplish the most.
