Your only shot is a teaser card....... just like a parlay card.... fixed lines and odds. There are usually two teaser cards --- one is a six point teaser card, and the other is an eight point "super" teaser card.

For the record it was not the Venetian that had them. They were at Casino Royale and SLS. Ties were losers fyi
