In honor of the All Star Game in Miami I'm following up on this. Had Fernandez lived people say he would have been in this All Star game at home. I say, not true. No one followed up but it was found that he was driving with a BAC twice the legal limit. A homicide conviction will prevent you from attending the all-star game.
