Ya, I think 8 or 9 records were tied or broken in this game

OU's RB had 250+ rushing, 100+ receiving and 5 TD's

Baker Mayfield had 7 TD's

Nearly 1800 total yards, 80 first downs

What about Tech's crappy D, we all know it sucks, but Mayfield only had 27 completions for almost 550 yards, thats 20 yards a catch on average, really pathetic.

Mike Stoops has to go. Some of the worst OU defensive games in the school's history have come under his watch the last few years. Remember Tavon Austin lining up at RB a few years ago?

Then TCU and Tech light them up this year.

We thought Ohio State and Houston were world beaters because of what they did to OU's defense then I watch those two teams get shut down by Penn State and SMU today. WTF.

Oh yeah, what Mixon did today has only been done thre times in history. 250+ rushing and over 100 recieving. There were like 7 records set in that game today. Good god.

I made a thread listing my top 12 coaches, and people flipped out because Stoops isn't one of them. I said the reason was Stoops struggles with newer-style offenses and defenses, at least ones that were developed and honed in the last 10 years. He doesn't adjust.

It sucks for OU fans because they'll never get rid of him, but you're stuck with this type of thing happening over and over again.
