Big 12 has no chance unless one of top contenders from other major conference slips up. Bog 12 is the worst of the 5 major conferences this year. Before I take all of your points, let me make myself perfectly clear. One Conference Champion from the group of 5 will play in one of these games: Cotton (the biggest chance), or Orange (against an ACC winner). The Rose and Sugar get the highest ranking teams from the Pac 12 and Big 10 (Rose) and the Big 12 (-2) and SEC (Sugar). The Peach and Fiesta Bowl get the playoffs this year. As LT stated, the Cotton Bowl is almost a 100% guarantee because the Orange will take a Big 10 team to go along with the best ACC team they can find. Still care to wager?
