Coming into this year they were 36-5 since 2013, preseason rank of 12....finished last reg season with a 12-2 record and 3 straight years of top 10 AP rankings

What is the deal with the complete implosion here? Lack or returning starters? Injuries?

defense use to be a top 25 and #11 rush defense

talked myself out of playing NW and left this game alone....nw was the easiest play on the board

they were never that good to begin with combined with a ton of media hype

beat up on a lot of big 10 cheeseballs. you can toss the 2 bowl wins, you never know if they beat a legit team or a team just happy to be there imo as well.

          Such an idiotic post. Dumbass.

Michigan State sucks this season. But they've been a powerhouse more successful in the past 4/5 years than anyone other than Alabama.

They won the 100th and final rose bowl against a dominant Stanford team, 30 mins from Stanford campus and across the country from MSU's campus. They beat a dominant Baylor squad in the Cotton Bowl in Texas. They beat a solid Oregon team to start a double digit winning season off. They made the first ever college football playoffs. They beat Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan, and Ohio State numerous times in neutral sites and on the road.

Urban Meyer has had two 20-plus game winning streaks since he has been the head coach at Ohio State. Both of those have been stopped at the hands of Michigan State and Mark Dantonio.

Meyer is undefeated, a perfect 32-0 against the rest of Big Ten opponents, but against Dantonio he’s just a .500 coach.

MSU has 5 11-win seasons in 6 years. UofM has 5 11-win seasons since 1906.

Speaking of dumb ass posts, this is one. Where, in your little pea brain, did you get the idea that the 100th Rose Bowl was the LAST Rose Bowl to be played? Since when is Palo Alto CA just 30 minutes from Pasadena CA? MSU is way over rated. Only a homer would post the garbage that you did. MSU was 5-9 ATS last season and is 1-4 ATS so far this season. That has got to be costing you a lot of money. Do not even try to B.S your way out of that. They got the caca kicked out of them by Alabama last seasonn the Playoffs. They will always play second fiddle to Michigan, especially in recruiting.

alot like oregon. way off this year. except msu has a coach that'll get this thing rolling again in a year. competing with urban and harbaugh for recruits in the same area would hurt anyone.
