My wife is a huge Pats fan, said the same thing to her yesterday "I'm not sure if the Pats are nine points better than Cincy"

However fading New England at home is risky business, but nine points is tempting.

Reminds me off Dolphins v. Browns. No way the the 'phins shoulda been nearly a 10 pt fave. I believe the same applies here.

i'm playing devils advocate here since my strong lean is Bengals +9, however you can make a case for New England they won their first three wins with hot dog vendors at QB.

if bengals didnt tank hard last week this might be 3-4 point line. pats were skunked at home with those back up QBs everyone was raving about too

no way in hell can I trust the ginger qb who has the propensity to choke in big games and especially on the road...Cinci's two wins are the Jets and Miami who have a dismal, combined record of 2 - 8...you guys are trying to be way too cute by taking the Bengals and the points...simple handicapping and common sense are all the tools you need for this game...IMO, the Pats should win this game by double digits...I see a 34 - 17 type of victory...Let's do a real quick and simple checklist:

Tom Brady > Andy Dalton

Bill Belechick > Marvin Lewis

Do you realize this is Brady's first game back at home with the Foxboro faithful since his exile which he's been seething about? Cinci's "season on the line" ain't got shit on Tom's white hot anger. LB already -2 units on the ML, Bengals got no Eifert, Dalton playing super shitty, plus they make a ton of mental errors. The only question is how many points the Pats win by. In this light, how anyone can make your two bets is completely beyond me.

The bengals have 0 shot. No Eifert that offense outside of AJ is terrible. Line has regressed. Team has no chance and will lose by DD. This is coming from someone who has watched every bengals game start to finish the last 5 years
