I only drink heavy when there is a party. Wouldn't have more than a couple at a time if it is casual.

Most i can drink in a night would be 8-9 tops

I drink MGD's and St Remy brandy

I would have about 7 shots and 7 beers and i am done

Most other nights i just drink water and milk

I left the drinking game behind me in my teens and early twenties.

I can have some champagne or maybe one beer once or twice a year on big holidays like New Years or something.

You should be able to find a way to have fun without dope or alcohol. Majority of people who drink or use, lose that ability over time, so the first thing they do is increase the intake. Unfortunately that only increases their dependency on their drug of choice.
And that's why you see so many people spiral downward in a situation where things completely deteriorate over time to the point of no return.

It is streaky like my gambling. Sometimes 4 or 5 a night, sometimes none at all. Been cutting back latley as I feel like shit the next day--not because I am hung over, but because it affects my sleep.
