U do understand Gary Kubiac will not be there and the special teams coach with be interim head coach to let coordinators do their thing but in this league a coach missing on the road going into a division rivals home with the home team being Dogs

Ya, because I am sure none of the players will know what to do if the coach isn't there for 1 day. What does a head coach do these days if he isn't calling plays? I am positive the assistant can figure out if they should kick a field goal or punt if it is 4th and 2

He's a good coach - but good coaches have impacts in practice during the week and with his coaching staff. The coordinators and assistants will represent Gary just fine during the game.

I didn't say he would make all the same decisions harry but let's not act like all these players and coaches aren't around the guy 24 7 and don't know how he wants things run. It's not like they are all of a sudden change their game plan because the coach is out of town.

Which I think is the reason Eli is sucking ass this season for Mcadoo.

Mcadoo is in over his head now that he has total control over the whole team, not just QB's and offense.
