They have him on record now from the debate that he didn't do it. So when they sue him he could go to jail for perjury if he lies to court.

If Trump makes it to the 3rd debate another thing will come out right before again and he'll have all these stories swarming the debate questions. The day he suspends his campaign is not totally out of the question, not only does he hate to lose, he'd unquestionably hate going into something that he already no doubt knows he's going to lose.

He admitted to Billy Bush that he sexually assaults woman without their consent. Then he said at the debate that it was all talk and that he's never really done it. That just opened him up for a legal case. If that settlement had details in it that forbid him from speaking on a case or acknowledging the event he may be in a shit load of trouble because they can go back into the case and he might have admitted he groped her. This guy needs to keep him big fat mouth shut. He's going to incriminate himself because he has no restraint/filter.
