On a serious note, when you first walk in the main entrance, if you look to the right next to the check-in area is a VIP check-in area and lounge. They have all kinds of beer, wine, champagne, snacks etc. When you want though the VIP doors its on your left. They are supposed to ask to see your VIP room card, but they never do. We stay at the Mirage all the time and they NEVER ask for the card. Obviously, if you walk in and start looking around like its your first time the ladies up front will ask if they can help you, otherwise they don't care. The sportsbook will give you a drink ticket or two, but that's it. GL with the trip.

I reside in Seattle, I'm a nurse. I play poker on the side. My poker circle friends are huge sports fans and initially I entered the group only regarding fantasy leagues, etc. Eventually introduced to online books such as 5D, Nitrogen, Bovada, BetOnline, etc., which also allowed me to play poker online. (I crush the 5/10 NL and 20/40 Fixed games)...

Now I make about 5-10 wagers per week, mostly MLB, college football, NFL. Trying to discipline myself more with less volume plays but bigger risk/reward. I like to contribute what action I take and get advice from others as well.

So I just landed in LV this afternoon. I'll be here for about a week and a half. The majority of my time will be spent walking from sportsbook to sportsbook searching for the best possible lines on my plays. I've already done my research for the games ahead and I know what I want to play. I also play alot of poker and will commit some time to the tables most likely playing a few tournaments or cash games.

Please feel free to follow along and offer some advice, tips, speculation on the daily plays. I'll post some of my plays/tickets.
