Refs rig it so Tampa gets an extra time out when he was clearly tackled in bounds. Panthers with 2 3rd and longs and can't get off the field. Pathetic game all the way around. The Panthers are so undisciplined. I have no idea how they won 15 games last year. The face mask penalty to give a garbage kicker 15 extra yards.
