baffling.. how do you trust Ubaldo who just gave up two rocket singles to then pitch to Edwin? While Britton and his 0.54 ERA watches.

I'm mostly bitter because I took Bal +1 and of course Edwin penetrating blasts one, couldn't have just hit a measly sac fly

    But this makes no sense

Well, his offense really let him down, Baltimore didn't even have a base runner since like the 6th or 7th. I'm sure he wanted to save Britton as long as he could but jesus 1st and 3rd 1 out with Ubaldo fukkin Jiminez on the mound facing Edwin and then Joey B... how can you go down with anyone other than Britton there?

I thought he made solid decisions all night except for that last one to not bring britton in. he had 2 pitching changes prior to that, that resulted in ground ball double plays to end the inning

I agree that he was making good decisions up to that point but then wow. no reason that Brittin shouldn't have started the eleventh and stay in for the twelth. Waiting for a lefty matchup or a save oppertunity to use your best player is ridiculous. Especially when the line up is 80% right handed. Ubaldo can't see any action until your in the 14th and exhausted every other option. Just horrendous Buck!
