Good news on a personal level

Under Wife's supervision... Sammy did not take either Diabetes meds yesterday , no Metformin and no Insulin shot

Even with the 'Dawn Phenomenon' which affects Sammy -- Glucose (blood sugar) this morning = 98

Ketone level = 1.5

Glucose will me checked throughout the day at least 3 more times

Worn out after yesterday. Going to hit the treadmill and maybe visit mom today. Rest and relaxation, prepare a nice dinner got a rabbit thawed, practice some music and maybe a pof hookup tonight, but right now I'm not hyped about that today. We'll see in a few hours.
