Oatmeal Biscuits

These are good

just ate 2 with breakfast

1/2 cup AP flour
1/2 cup instant/one minute oatmeal
1/4 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon sugar

mix

cut in 2 tablespoon cold butter

add enough half/half milk to make a sticky dough

let stand in frig for 5 mins so oatmeal will absorb milk & butter wont melt

should make 4 biscuits - do not expect them to rise like reg ones

bake 400/425 for 10-12 mins
