Bitcoin Transfer to Bank Account

For those that receive bitcoin payouts, what do you guys do with the bitcoins? Do you guys transfer it to your bank account? Keep it in your bitcoin wallet?

Wouldn't transferring bitcoin to your bank account appear suspicious?

I am planning BC account. I would to know also. I do not think a few dimes once a month would be suspicious. I guess every situation is different.

You can store it at Coinbase.com or Circle.com as either bitcoin or US$ if you don't need to cash it out.
