Pats just beat a 2-0 team with Super Bowl aspirations 27-0 with a rookie QB... with THREE days of prep. Amazing. Three part plan: Destroy them on special teams/ Take away the deep game/ Control the ball with college type plays on offense. Brilliant.

That Clown didn't beat them. It was the defense forcing turnovers and CJ Anderson running all over the place, including the 50 yard OT game winner. Houston brought BO in to take them to the next level, guess not after all.

This whole season is going to be a big middle finger to everyone from New England.

Heading into season there was no better team in the NFL and they have done nothing to make me see otherwise. Add in best coach and staff...it will be fun to see the season unfold. Bill can put together a game plan for an opponent like no other coach that I can recall. Their consistency for past 15+ seasons is unheard of in modern NFL.

Pats OL with Dante coaching looks solid and they have some interior guys banged up. The 2 games against Jets and StL and Sea will test them too. Now Bill sees their backup qbs can play if needed. Gronk will be ready to roll when Brady is back. Bennett and him are going to abuse defenses. Lewis can ease his way back in with White playing ok in his spot. Defense has size, speed and depth. Hightower and Nink will be back soon. Collins needs to have his contract extended asap.

Osweiler still has a lot to learn. How he still throws to his first read almost every time is beyond me. He was in film room with Peyton. At the very least something good had to rub off on Brock. If he doesn't figure out how to see the entire field, the Texans will never win with him.
