The world in LA used to stop for a car chase. Whatever was on TV was interrupted and helicopter coverage was everywhere.

Then a guy on bridge lit his truck on fire, with a dog in it, and then shot himself.

It happened during afternoon cartoons.

Things changed a bit after that.
