Best thing for Luck long term is he has a great season and the Colts win 6 games and his owner sees the GM and coach stink and don't deserve to have an elite QB cause they haven't given him anything in 4 years.

Luck needs to grow up. He's too frantic. Too much a college kid. If it was the army he'd be like a drill sergeant, trying to inspire everybody, but it gets old fast and players stop responding. The great QB's in the NFL are very different. They have an inner stillness in the pocket, as if they're overseeing the battlefield like a general from a hilltop. Luck will probably never get there, because it's not his nature. The funny thing is that many call him a leader, but his leadership is very limited.
