They're having massive issues. Nobody's deposits or payouts are going through. I've been waiting over 3 hours for a deposit to credit and others have been waiting much longer in chat box. Just a heads up. Everyone should be aware of this, it's common courtesy to let other players know. People are blaming blockchain but that's not it cause I've made two other btc transfers today, no issue almost instant at other sites, it's 100% on Nitro's end. I wish someone on here would've made a post like this one to let us know earlier.

They've been having these issues on and off for the past two weeks or so. And not just with deposits, but with withdraws as well.
I've been waiting for a transfer for over 4h now. Something tells me that these geeks bit off more, than they could chew as far the tech stuff goes. With the amount of money that they're making, fixes like that should take hours and not days or weeks.Comment -

Yeah dude no problem...I just transferred half a coin to CloudBet to try them out. They literally confirmed my transaction and put money on my acct 2 minutes later (as soon as it hit the blockchain).
I'm not a big fan of their layout...but I guess it's better, than sitting and waiting for nothing at Nitrogen. Plus they do a 100% first deposit bonus...so why not.

Quick update on my yesterday's dealings with CloudBet.
Deposit: 2 minutes wait time.
Parlays are limited to max 8 legs.
User interface is a bit funky, but you can get used to it after a few hours.
Withdraw: Processed immediately...it took roughly 15-20 minutes until it hit my wallet.
Also as far as the Nitrogen problems go, it took them close to 13 hours yesterday to process my withdraw request.
Sounds like they were having major issues with a big batch of old wallet addresses. If you used Nitro in the past and try to login today, you'll notice, that they force you to generate a new address for your wallet.
Earlier today, I did a quick deposit/withdraw test run with a new address and both worked flawless. So it seems that whatever issues, that they were having earlier, are now fixed...at least temporary.Comment -

I had my deposit credit late last night within an hour of sending the support ticket info. So I guess if anything like this ever happens again just send a ticket in with all pertinent info if you want prompt rectification. Still a good book IMO and I'll continue to use them. The weird thing about all of this though is that I remember generating a new wallet address before depositing yesterday, I always do a new addy anyhow and I still had the issue. Hmm...
I tried out Betballer and Cloudbet while waiting yesterday cause I've seen good reviews from people on here before about them. Both took about 3 minutes for deposits to credit. That's good. I got a payout already from Betballer of over 1 BTC. That's good. Though one caveat, apparently they only payout during their office hours and they're UK based, so take that into consideration with the time zone differences. Haven't done a payout on Cloudbet yet but I'm not worried. I know they pay promptly based on what others here have said. Having said all that they're all good IMO but I think I still like Nitrogen the best overall but maybe I'm just biased cause that was my first BTC only book.Comment -

Cloudbet been solid for me so far. Started with them number of months back as an additional out for soccer. Use Jetwin primarily, but Cloudbet has more matchbet/totals options. Live betting was an added bonus (no live @ Jetwin). Both books instant for deposits (Jetwin converts to fiat for those not comfortable keeping funds in btc), withdrawals pretty much the same, although Cloudbet can take up to 24 hours, luck of the draw.
I stick with Heritage for football/baseball. 5Dimes always solid by me but made btc way more complicated than it needed to be.

Had zero problems with Nitrogen the last couple payouts.
Last night requested one at 940 and took 20 minutes to hit blockchain.
Couple days ago took about 8 minutes.
Deposit a few days ago did take about a hour. After 45 minutes, messaged their team under "my account" section with my blockchain info from the deposit. They messaged me back in 5 minutes and had it credited 10 minutes later.Comment -

I just withdrew my Nitrogen funds that were delayed yesterday and it took about 45 minutes to hit my wallet. That's still fast overall for books but much slower than all previous transactions with them. All my other deposits/payouts on Nitro were between 5-15 minutes max. I hope this is just backlog from yesterday and not the new normal for them. Still satisfied with them overall though but they need to get it together. People were livid in the chat box yesterday and overnight, lmao. Did any of you guys see how pissed everyone was?Comment -
Yeah I found out about them as I was searching for a live inplay cashout book. There are no us books that offer inplay cashout on soccer markets but betballer does... I deposited there before anybody had heard about them on sbr and once they paid me I figured I'd share my story to the board. I created a thread about them in the sportsbook/industry subforum so that players could share their views and experiences and thus far all positive stories. I don't get why people bashing nitro. I've been with them over a year now and 99 percent of time my deposits and withdrawals took minutes. So a couple of times it took a few hours. We spoke with Nitrogen. An update was performed yesterday around 1PM that caused an unexpected issue with their BTC wallet addresses. User deposits and withdrawals were delayed while their team fixed the problem. Updates were posted on Nitrogen's blog and Twitter account during this time.
We are told payout times are back to normal. However, users are asked to create a new bitcoin depositing address to return to normal deposit times. There are still some users on the old addresses that are experiencing delays. Effected users should email Nitrogen at support@nitrogensports.eu with the details of the deposit.Comment
