Ferentz is a classic underachiever. He plays two decent teams last year and loses to one, and gets his ass handed to him by the other. Iowa is no more or less difficult to recruit as Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Nebraska are, yet Ferentz continually fails to perform wien the chips are down. He is 0-4 in his last 4 bowl games. Need more proof? Dane has it right. If you want to settle for mediocrity, he is your man. Just keep the hell way from me because I do not deal with wussies.

You guys are insane and can't see five feet ahead of your own faces. Ferentz takes a team that no black kids ever dream of grow up playing for, and make them a ranked team every year.

Way above average coach who actually wants to be at Iowa, and if you're a team like the Hawkeyes, you hold onto him as long as you can.

NDSU could be an FBS bowl game contender right now. It's no longer shameful to lose to a team like them.
