A big physical up tempo running game with a qb who looks poised, they should kill most of the weak teams. I could easily see them being flat against utep tho off the short week.

I want consistent calls. A lot less was called targeting this weekend. He was knocked unconscious with a headshot. The ball wasn't knocked loose. He was knocked out and his arms went limp. He had zero opportunity to protect himself. His feet barely touched the turf.

Texas is trash. But Notre Dame is gutless. I don't think I've seen a Notre Dame defense just roll over. Their corners were playing 10 yards off the WRs, and then even when they knew Texas was going to run up the middle their front 7 couldn't stop that either.

I have no idea why Notre Dame was ranked 10 in the country, but for them to lose to this Texas team is ridiculous. An actual legit good team could man up and stonewall that HS level QB draw they were running.
