Is this only for under bets made after the injury happen but before the line was adjusted? No way could it apply to bets made prior to the injury. I would guess most books would void any wagers made after the news broke but before books adjusted based on their bad line rule.

Nothing really to see here. It says in their rules not to take shots. If you know a line isn't right it is your responsibly not to bet it. With the way betting is at the moment the books control the rules and there are not many other places to run to.
