This is Elvis (on the left) & Presley. Presley is 2.5 years old, and Elvis will be turning 15 this coming Wednesday! They're absolutely best buds.

You won't see many Bassett hounds that make it to 15. But his time is quickly running out. Both hips are really bad, hard to keep on weight, and eyes and ears are both starting to go. I know what has to happen soon, but it's a really hard thing to think about. He's still comfortable and happy, but I know the end is near. Gonna be really tough.

This is my girl. I got her from the humane society probably about 10 years ago.

She was already full grown when I got here so not exactly sure how old she is now, but she is OOOOLLLDDD. Probably does not have too many more years in her.
