I know 3 kids that play on that indiana team. Friends kid that is my avatar starts linebacker. Stepniak sp kid also should start o line. His dad plays in my buddies bandWent to my highschool. Qb from elder also went there. I love rooting for kids I know. Why i will be rooting for tenn. also.Before my stroke highschool i followed had guys start at nd and kid should make bears this year . The michigan kid is bouncing around. The school is a public school and called colerain of ohio. They are ranked 17 in preseason hs pool and have number 1rated db just commited to osu. ala and lsu were pissed i heard.

Boise and San Diego St winner will make a case but I think LSU gets in over them...

no 100 vs 100. Yes i have looked at their schedule. I have also looked at the recruiting class last 2 years. Watch for the name tegray scales on indiana. His cousin is tony george. Played for fla and ne patriots.Real far down line related to eddie george. Another cousin played pro basketball in europe for 13 years. Dad place in state in 400 yd dash in 80's He has like another 7 athletes in family. Kid was recruited by lsu, alabama and ohio st. Indiana coaches talked him into making difference.

I do not see Indiana winning 7 games. I see them losing to Michigan State, Nebraska, and Penn State at home, and to Michigan, Ohio State and Northwestern on the road. That is 6 losses. 6-6 at best for a team of under-achievers.

Chico, with all due respect Indiana blows, whether you have friends on the team or a player has famous athletes in his family. They are just awful on defense, trying to play first one to 50 against ranked teams doesn't usually work out well. If they get 5 wins they will be able to say they had a good season.

They got a tough draw last year with Stanford. Stanford just does everything Iowa does better than them (big ugly smashmouth football). This is also a much better team this year

We shall see, but they can't throw the football. Eventually you play teams that can score even if you play good defense and running up the middle every down doesn't work when you trail by 3 tds.

Clemson has a one game schedule. Maybe two if you want to count Auburn. It makes Ohio States schedule last year look like murders row. They drop the game to FSU and they will have a tough time fielding an argument to get into the playoffs. They will probably get the benefit of the doubt of being their last year.

They get Michigan State, Stanford, and Miami at home, and bookend the season with away games at Texas and at USC. One loss is easier for the Irish than any Big 10 or Pac 12 team. So Notre Dame and Alabama (yes, LSU will blow it again) should be two teams. The winner of the Clemson-Florida State game should be the third team (unless they lose the ACC Championship). That leaves the Big 10, Big 12, and PAC 12 Champs to fight over the last spot. Advantage Big 12.
