Rudy, one thing about Swim Times. Varies a good bit by how "fast" the pool is. If he did it on a fast lane, may not mean a ton.

you can't really factor that in, as top swimmers (runners in track and field) know to just exert enough to qualify in prelims and semis and don't lay it all out there.
