#37It's not about where you start it's where you finish. I prefer spot betting a G or more when I see a good play. Higher starting bankroll is comfortable for guys using strict BR management but that ain't getting you anywhere as far as profits. You have to unleash the pack to see real results.Comment -

#40Well it depends jj. You have cfb, mlb. Nhl. And nba going on. So 2k for nfl wagers is proly right for some.Originally posted by jjgoldAnyone under 2k really should be on the sidelinesComment -

#41Why 10k? I know its nice. But if a guy has $2k like jj says it allows for a $100 wager 5% bankroll.Originally posted by lakerboyThey will be by week 3.
Minimum starter amount is 10k otherwise just pretend bet with your kids using dice.Comment -

#42All this doesnt work if you wager daily. Nfl you will proly bet 5 to 10x a week. Unless you bust your bankroll. There is monday nite football. Thursday nite football. Sometimes saturday football. Games all day sunday and a sunday nite football. The reason you bankroll management is so you continue to have money to wager on this stream of games. Busto means your nfl wagering is over for the season. Your advice is really juvenille and shitty. You a sportsbook manager or a casino owner? Telling bettors not to use bankroll management. "Judging by the ratio of expected loss to total amount bet, all betting strategies and money management systems are equally worthless. How much you bet and why should depend on the reason you are playing in the first place. Whatever form of money management you choose, once a bet is made you should always follow the best mathematical play. Finally, never pay for a betting strategy. As mentioned, they are all equally worthless, so you may as well use one of the free ones easily found on the Internet."

#49I have 2k pending on NFL futures during the off season.
You get maximum value on NFL futures during the off season because most bettors are betting on NBA, NHL and MLB as these lines had barely any public action.Comment -

#54I use to bet $5k and $5k on CFB and NFL but now I start with $6k college and $2,500 NFL. I tend to do much better in CFB and don't seem to hammer as many lines, so I invest more in college. If I lose that roll, I'm done for the season until the playoffs/bowl games where I've always had good success.Comment -
