They've identified you as a sharp player and they're trying to minimize their exposure and their risk

There are a multitude of ways to go about this, offering dual lines is just one way to implement risk management

They're not forcing you to take +120, they're just saying that's the best they're going to offer you because a.) They don't really want your action and b.) at +120 it becomes +ev for them

Even though it's annoying on your end, it's good business practice to cut losses
