By far the most overrated coach in NFL history who actually managed to win at least one superbowl. He had the best defense in the NFL for at least 4-5 years in Tampa and the best or second best QB in the penetrating league for another 8 or so in Indy. Horrendous playoffs record. Probably the single worst in-game coach I've seen that was at least a good or better coach.

Hall of Good? OK.

Hall of Very Occasionally Kinda-Sorta Great? Sure.
