So what they are doing is swapping Hawaii, Rutgers and at Maryland for At BOTH Michigan schools and home to Ohio State. This looks like a 7-5 season.

Didn't Michigan St. lose a bunch of starters? They won't be near as good this year. Michigan is tough but questionable at best at QB. Running game will probably still suck. Ohio St. is obviously gonna be good. I still don't believe in Iowa. Last year was a fluke. Nebraska and Northwestern are jokes. Schedule isn't that bad.

the problem with the big 10 isn't the top, it's the middle and bottom. Those teams are putrid. Bringing in Maryland & Rutgers only made it worse. Michigan State & Iowa were lucky most of the season and got their doors blown off in their bowl games.
Ohio State is a top program. Michigan & Michigan State are right behind. Wisconsin is a good program. Penn State & Nebraska keep trying to get back to where they were decades ago but are just average. Iowa has its moments but they're average. The other 7 programs are abymisal and only make bowl games because they have each other on the schedule
