You would need 30-40k a month to make profit. If you have two owners. Salaries is $7 to $8 k a month. Food cost on 30-40k is 13k. . rent is 2-3K a month. Utilites $2-3 K. . so $28k in expense. Misc. $2-3k . then you have rest of sales to pay employees wages. About 10k a month left. If sales $40k a month. Emp wages is about 18-20%. So about 8k. That leaves about 2k left a month. use for another store.

Dude GTFO of Oklahoma. That state is corrupt as hell. They took civil asset forfeiture to a whole new level recently with those automated card readers(can't remember the technical term offhand). You don't have to be proven guilty of anything, the cops can just pull you over and steal your money, debit/credit/gift cards. AFAIK, Oklahoma is the only state doing the electronic version right now but other states like Tennessee and Michigan do the cash stealing.

The whole concept is egregious. If you have any amount of cash on hand beyond normal day to day activities, they just assume you're a drug dealer and steal it. Then the burden of proof is on you to prove you acquired the money legitimately. Often times that process, including legal fees and lawyers, costs more than the amount of the money seized. So people just say screw it and don't even try to get it back and the cops know this, that's why they do it. For anybody that thinks well why would someone have hundreds of dollars or a couple grand of cash on hand anyway. There are several reasons why. You could for instance be on a road trip, on your way back from a casino after a win and some people get paid cash, servers, day laborers etc. People also meet up these days to make cash purchases. Cars and electronic on Craigslist for example.

I dont do drugs. Im a established general manager. Cops and me get along fine. Im in oklahoma mainly because my sister is epileptic and 50 yrs old amd doesnt want me leaving. Or idda already been back in vegas.
