Totally agree with the Teheran/Braves analysis. I ended up playing under HRE.

GL Steve, hope to see you posting more again

and the unders continue to roll in...which is exactly the reason I haven't done a "nail it, pound it" play in over 3 weeks because I usually play "overs" when I do totals in baseball...kind of makes you wonder if MLB sent out a memo to the teams advising hitters to quit taking PED's, roids, etc. because of possible testing......the odd thing is the weather is hot and humid now with most ballparks in the mid 90's and that is typically when the balls start flying out of the park.

yup that's the strange thing about these totals lately. usually this is when the totals start going over not when the weather was cold. strange year for baseball for sure.

UNDERS seeming to hit of LATE could be due to MLB backing down for now with The Juiced Baseballs they were using cuz of Last Season's Pitching Dominance which they did.....backed off 'n pulled Juiced Balls cuz "talk" started percolating amongst those who were not supposed to have figured out they had went once again with the Juiced Balls.

Could not be the case at all, all that. Possible that I'm over-analyzing the situation.

Guys did Start talking though.....and many said they felt Juiced Baseball were back amongst us.

I just faded one game, and it lost.

Four games on the slate yesterday had a total of four runs or less.

Look at the scores that have been cashing this week in DFS, I cashed a 12 dollar (2 dollar entry) ticket last night with a 131.
Normally a 131 at Fan Duel gets you horse shit, 131 usually doesn't even get you in the top 50 percent.

I thought KC game would go to ten, I went under Rox, split a pair of games yesterday, I've been pounding unders since the all star break, I'm 9 and 4 betting unders the last 7 days.

Look at the pitchers tossing today, Jose Fernandez, DeGrom, Max, Cole Hamel................

I can't see the under trend ending today, I mean it could, but I don't expect it.

I hear you, and those totals are the ones that usually cash.
There was a game in Montreal I think it was either 1992 or 1993 Pedro Martinez (Expos) was facing Greg Maddux (Braves)
Both pitchers all season were on another planet, pitching out of their shoes. I was helping out my local answering the phones (remember those days?) Total was 5.0 that game, I remember him saying some books wanted to hang a 4.5 total but was afraid of a 3-2 final.

                                  Final was 3-1.

And the Natty game with Max? Under 8.5 there looks like Christmas in July there, right?
Max against the Pads you're thinking, right?
I don't want any part of that particular under, looks too simple, looks to easy.

I'm not sure about the trend going forward

we are still in the midst of a home run boom

Hr's are up to a rate that is higher than other year outside of steroid boom of the 2000 season

I know, all trends correct themselves and spiral down, doesn't matter if it's a baseball trend, stock market trends, what have you, nothing trends upward forever.

                                          Red Sox under 11

Wright and that knuckle ball should keep Tiger bats off balanced.

                                          Best under of the slate.
