Go compare the passages. This isn't a matter of similar themes, these are identical sentences and structures. You can argue it's not a big deal and certainly argue that it's not Melania's fault, but if you try to argue that it does not qualify as plagiarism them you are either intellectually deficient or intellectually dishonest.
