Steak cooked like that is similar to poison. Steak should be rare, only lightly cooked. Steak fat that's been cooked is very bad. Lightly cooked steak fat is great source of highly needed fatty acids.

Medium with a nice char on the edges, salt n pepper and a nice big baked potato with sour cream and those chives sprinkled over it. Save the A1 for those cheaper cuts like a London broil sliced thin.
