Thats not true, innocent people have run many times, there have been many times its happened. How can you say he's the only one who had motive, what motive did he exactly have to kill her? You hit on it in earlier post about her drug addiction. She was columbian necktied, like Goldman, that wreaks of drug dealers. A witness said he saw a man crouched down by a pickup truck with another entered gate. Only reason Cochran didnt call him is because the prosecution was seeking a hung jury. What common sense? What about the glove? If he was so guilty why was evidence planted and tampered with, maybe the cops knew he didnt do it and couldnt have all along but wanted a collar, him specifically. The timeline would have been supermanish to pull that off also and get to airport. Blood was everywhere.

furman provided reasonable doubt, if it was even necessary....

garcetti blew it moving the case from the santa monica division to the downtown division.... did so to avoid a white jury conviction that he and others believed would lead to rioting, on the basis that even in downtown they would easily get a conviction by a heavily black jury....

the case was strong, but even I would have voted for acquittal on the evidence provided..... case wasn't proven beyond any reasonable doubt....

and a good question was raised that I don't recall the answer to.... the glove behind the garage, was it on the same hand as the cut OJ suffered.... I think it was on the hand for which the other glove was found at the scene..... such that the state argued that the glove came off during the scuffle and prior to oj's cut being sustained....

if it was the same hand as the cut, and no cut in the glove, and the glove found at bundy, it clearly indicates either the glove was moved by furman to the area behind garage to frame OJ.... or OJ somehow cut himself after losing the glove.... (he said he did it in chicago, after learning of the events, in anger, on a glass he smashed.....

if either glove bore a cut to it in the corresponding area of OJ's cuts on his hands, I convict..... but im quite certain that was not the case
