I don't know why it seems that farfetched that a military trained sniper can go to the top of a parking garage and start picking off officers down below who have no clue where the shots are initially coming from

The city doesn't prescreen elevated shooting positions for a protest march the same as they do if this was a motorcade for the President. He didn't really outsmart anyone he just knew like all other protests in past few years that you're gonna have huge police presence on streets so he took to the top of the buildings. Which way do you want it? Militarized police cordoning off areas and searching everyone who enters the block so you can yell intimidation and rights abuse? Or free movement of citizens to go out and vent grievances ...can't have both.

And we all know what happens next...with all the calls for killing more cops as even poster BH said on here....a white cop is gonna go on a call this weekend and a black guy is gonna flex on him out of this new found joy and when he's tackled and gets a scratch the cameras and Twitter will be rolling to show how the white cop hinted him didn't to injure the poor guy. Unreal.
