    Is this legal?
We've all seen the guys on Twitter and other forums selling picks and what not, but I've recently come across an ad on Craigslist offering the same service, kind of. He's stating he will make the picks and control the bank roll for you (You supply him with the starting bank roll) and let you withdraw whenever you want with 48 hours notice... Says it's all legit with paperwork outlining details included when you set up your account with him. Is this even legal? (I'm in Florida)

I guess he's advertising himself as a Sports betting Financial Manager?

God no, but I am intrigued beyond belief considering Mutual Funds for Sports Betting is starting to become a legal thing but can't seem to figure out where this lies...

not sure on legality but shady as fuk

damn even if the guy was legit, honest, and trustworthy (for a tout) he's making a killing stealing the bonuses he gets and takes a fee for gladly accepting someone else's money to "manage"

While you are on craigslist shopping for sports picks, pick out a craigslist escort gal to finish the cleaning out of your wallet. Start day with $1200. Shop craiglists. Purchase a sports pick and deliver roll to ur roll manager man. And then pick up your craigslist escort and spend $200. For a hour of uninhibited sex. End day with $5 bux in poket. Thanks craiglist!! Best thing about it. This is legal in amsterdam.

In June of last year, Nevada passed a major new sports betting law (Bill 443) that allows out-of-state sports bettors and international Investors to invest in sports betting while maintaining absolute control of their funds. This new law changes everything. It will grow sports betting in Vegas by 10-fold or more. It creates a huge new investment opportunity from which you can profit greatly. Here's why:
When the logistical and security benefits of this new law are combined with one of the best sports hedge fund management firms in Vegas, if not the world, you get the perfect investment opportunity. It's the perfect investment because it gives your Investors the 5 qualities that they seek, but rarely, if ever, find in a single investment:
                                      1) Absolute Security of Funds -- your Investors deposit their funds in secured accounts at the major Vegas Casinos . . . and are the only ones that can withdraw the funds. Some Investors say that Casino accounts are more secure than bank accounts.
                                      2) Make Money Right Away -- your Investors will NET a 5-10% ROI the first week . . . and almost every week thereafter.
                                      3) Quick Access to Funds -- your Investors can withdraw their funds anytime they want . . . in only one day by wire/transfer to their bank accounts.
                                      4) Extremely Low Risk -- for the 2014 Football Season and 2015 Basketball Season, we had only one losing day for every 15 winning days. The worst losing day was -6.3%, while more than a third of the winning days were well over a 10% gain. For the 2015 Football Season, we were perfect -- we won every betting day.
                                      5) Exceptionally High Yield -- overall, we achieved for our Investors a NET gain of 300+% during the 2014 Football Season and a NET gain of 500+% for the 2015 Basketball Season. For the 2016 Baseball Season, we are averaging a ROI of more than 10% per betting day.
The deal is real simple. Your Investors split the winnings with us each week. You earn 10% of our share of the winnings, paid on a weekly basis. The minimum investment size for this secured offering is $100,000 and the maximum is $1 million. We have other investments available with the same high yields that have minimums as low as $10,000.
NO investment or fee is required by you. The position -- Sports Investment Advisor -- requires no license to sell our unique Sports Investment Management Services to Investors. It's the perfect low-risk investment opportunity. Your Investors get a NET weekly gain of 5-10% . . . while maintaining absolute and total control of their funds.
We are looking for Financial Investment Advisors, Real Estate Brokers, Insurance Sales Reps, Hedge Fund Managers, Entrepreneurs, and Executives who have relationships with serious Investors.
If you're interested in finding out more about this game-changing opportunity, please email us your location (city and state), your phone number, private email address, and the best times to reach you.
