She intentionally broke the law by having a private server, she mishandled classified documents, she withheld information from the state department and an FBI investigation and she lied through her teeth. It is extremely clear that she should be charged, this is epic corruption, right to American people faces.

Comey basically laid out the concrete case for her violation of the "gross negligence" statute (where no intent is needed)... then contradicts himself by saying "no charges".

Given how corrupt this administration and attorney general is, this is not even remotely a surprise. I am actually surprised they were as harsh as they were. They pretty much came out and confirmed that she broke the law and has been lying to us all the time, but since she compromised national security out of sheer stupidity and not treason, well let's not press charges for that.Comment
